A Personalised Ribbon Printing Service
This website offers a personalised ribbon printing service. You can have your own words or message repeated along any length of ribbon. The wording can be in a variety of fonts and will be printed onto the ribbon by means of a professional Thermal Transfer printing machine.
The ribbon used is good quality and is available in a variety of colours. The foils used for printing are of professional standard and are also available in a variety of colours.
The price per metre for this service is from £1.19. For 10mm Satin Ribbon, single orders of 20m plus are discounted by 10%. Single orders of 50m plus are discounted by 20%. The only other charge is P&P which is detailed belowr. There is no minimum order, you can order as little as one metre (except for sash ribbon).
Packaging and Postage
P&P is charged at £1.99 per order for mainland UK and £2.99 per order for all other destinations unless otherwise stated. This cost covers your order being securely packaged in a bubble wrap envelope to ensure maximum protection whilst in transit. The ribbon itself is loose wound onto a cardboard bobbin and sealed in a plastic bag to keep it clean. All orders are sent by 1st Class Royal Mail post.100mm Sash Ribbon
P&P is charged at £5.99 per order for mainland UK and £POA per order for all other destinations unless otherwise stated. This cost covers your order being securely packaged in a sturdy cardboard box to ensure maximum protection whilst in transit. The sashes themselves are individually sealed in plastic bags to keep them clean. All orders are sent by 1st Class Royal Mail post.Payment
10mm/50mm ribbon orders are normally printed and despatched within 24 hours of receipt of order and payment via PayPal systems only. Sash orders will require additional time for ribbon to be ordered in for printing. For all ribbon, orders are only despatched once full payment is received.
Ribbons are printed to order as ‘personalised items’ and I ask that you carefully check your order before sending it. As the ribbon is printed to your specific requirements I would be unable to ‘return it to stock’ and therefore am unable to offer a refund if you change your mind. However, as I only ever want happy customers, I will always listen to any concerns you have if you are not delighted with your ribbon and will always try to help.
All orders are despatched in excellent condition and care is taken to ensure they reach you in the same way. If however you are not happy with the condition of the ribbon when you receive it you should contact me within 24 hours of receipt by email to firstname.lastname@example.org Any refunds given will be made by the same means as the order payment.
Any personal information you provide will be treated as confidential and will not be passed to any other party.
